LEAGUE OF LEGENDS SPECIFIC RULES 

  1. Game Format:
    1. Server: EUW server
    2. Game type: Tournament draft
    3. Team size: 5v5
    4. Spectators: All
  2. Proxy Picks
    1. Players may use “proxy picks” to select champions they do not own for teammates. If a player wishes to pick a champion they do not own for a teammate they should follow these steps.
      1. Hover a placeholder champion that is unlikely to be played by either team.
      2. Message the other team to inform them of the champion they wish to pick.
      3. Wait for the proxy picks to be acknowledged. If the other team does not acknowledge the proxy pick teams should return to the lobby.
      4. Lock in placeholder Champion.
      5. Once the pick ban is completed players should return to the lobby and restart the pick ban with players selecting the same champions as in the previous lobby except for now selecting the placeholder champion instead of selecting the champion they will be playing.

        Champions may be banned from use if Esports Wales staff believes there is a known issue with a champion likely to affect the competitive integrity of games.
  3. Determining a winner
    1. The first team to destroy the opponent’s Nexus.
    2. If “GG” is called by either team in All Chat, the countdown timer shall not be
      cancelled, and it will count as a concession to the other team.
    3. In the case of a dispute, the tournament admin shall decide
  4. Tiebreakers
    If several participants are tied by win-loss difference at the end of a group stage, their
    ranking order will be decided as described below. Only the matches between the tied teams will
    be taken into consideration.
    1. Head-to-head result, if not applicable;
    2. Fastest Time;
    3. Coin-toss
    4. In the case of a three-way-tie or five-way-tie, after each resolved tie, the process is repeated for
      the remaining tied participants.
    5. In special cases, the Referee can rule in a different way to determine the order of an unsolved
      tie (i.e. coin toss).
  5. Default Skins
    1. All skins are allowed unless there are multiple game bugs and an admin will ask that everyone use default skins.
