Welsh Masters 2023 are required to have Welsh only players. This requirement ensures that the national team is composed of Welsh players, and helps to promote the development of the esports scene in Wales.

No Game can end in a draw. If the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes a golden goal is played.
If teams are tied on the same points at the end of the tournament then the position will be decided by goal difference.
